ACT RESPONSIBLY. Disorderly or disruptive conduct of any nature is prohibited including but not limited to: Use of obscene or insulting language/gestures, running, yelling, fighting, or boisterous behavior, throwing any objects, littering or playing radios, unauthorized singing or dancing.
PARENTAL ESCORT. All youths less than 17 years of age, who are at Bridgewater Falls after 7:00 p.m., must be under the supervision and control of a parent or legal guardian (21 or older), who must have visual contact with the youth(s) he or she is accompanying. A parent or guardian may not escort more than seven youths under the age of 17.
IDENTIFICATION. To enforce the rules applicable to minors, we require all patrons on our property to carry and present if requested, appropriate photo identification with proof of age.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GROUPS. Allow others to shop safely. Groups of more than FOUR will be asked to split up. Discourteous behavior, standing, walking or sitting in such a way as to block store fronts, entrances, pathways, or cause inconvenience to others is not permitted.
NO SOLICITING, picketing or rallying, conducting of surveys, distributing literature, offering any items for sale, soliciting signatures, or personal information of any kind (including names, phone numbers, etc.). Videotaping or photographing is prohibited unless approved, in advance, by Management.
BRIDGEWATER FALLS IS FOR SHOPPING. While here, treat others as you would like to be treated.
NO RUNNING, skating, bicycling, or use of skateboards or roller blades.
APPROPRIATE ATTIRE must be worn when visiting Bridgewater Falls. Items with obscene, suggestive, or offensive messages are not permitted. Shirt and shoes are required at all times.
RESPECT OTHERS. Any act, which could result in physical harm or personal damage to property, is prohibited.
NO LOITERING per City Statute.
WHEN WE CLOSE, PLEASE LEAVE. Please do not park or loiter on the property after closing. Unauthorized vehicles parked overnight will be towed.
TRUANCY. All individuals under the age of eighteen are expected to be in school during school hours. Individuals in violation of this rule will be asked to leave the property.
NO SMOKING. Please refrain from smoking because Bridgewater Falls has a smoke-free environment.
NO PETS or animals on Bridgewater Falls property, except animals in the company of, and trained to assist, physically challenged persons.
DRINKING. Possession of open cans, bottles or receptacles containing any alcoholic beverage, except in businesses licensed to serve them, is prohibited.
VEHICLES/BICYCLES: No vehicles, with the exception of wheel chairs, are allowed to be used in the common areas of Bridgewater Falls. Skateboards and roller skates are not allowed to be used anywhere at Bridgewater Falls. Bicycles are not permitted on the sidewalks. Bicycle racks are located TBD. Bicycles or other vehicles shall not be permitted in the offices, halls, corridors or elevators of Bridgewater Falls, nor shall any obstruction of sidewalks or entrances of Bridgewater Falls by such be permitted. Parked vehicles that create a hazard or that are parked in an unauthorized area are subject to being towed away at vehicle owner’s expense. Landlord will not have any liability for towed vehicles.
CRUISING/LOUD MUSIC: At no time is “cruising” in a vehicle allowed. Vehicles circling any part of the common area of Bridgewater Falls more than three times in a specified period of time will be asked to park and or exit the property. Loud music, as determined by property management in its sole discretion, from vehicles, cds, dvds, tapes, etc. is not allowed, and will be subject to all local laws and fines set forth by Fairfield Township Ordinances.
RESTRICTED AREAS: Patrons, tenants and visitors are not to enter areas beyond the scope of the Landlord’s invitation. Such areas include but are not limited to loading docks, freight elevators, machinery, equipment spaces, service corridors, and roof.
TRESPASS: A person who has violated the Code of Conduct or any other Rules and Regulations applicable to Bridgewater Falls may be instructed to leave the premises for a day or for a specified period of time depending upon the infraction. If, after the expiration of a reasonable time, such person has not left the premises, an officer may arrest the person and charge them, or the person may be ejected from Bridgewater Falls using the force that is reasonably necessary to do so.
UNIFORM APPLICATION: In enforcing the Code of Conduct, or any other Rules and Regulations applicable to Bridgewater Falls, the Landlord or their employees, agents or contractors will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin or gender.
AMENDMENT: To retain the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, the Landlord reserves the right to amend the Code of Conduct without notice to the public. |
